Hold Policy
Recitals. The Recitals are incorporated herein by reference.
Vehicle Hold. Duffy's will hold the Vehicle for the exclusive
sale to the Customer through the Hold Date. If Customer has not entered into and delivered a binding sale and purchase agreement for the Vehicle with Duffy's by the Hold Date, then the
Non-Refundable Deposit shall be released to Duffy's, and Duffy's shall have no obligation to hold the Vehicle for Customer.
Purchase by Customer. If Customer enters into a binding sale and purchase agreement for the Vehicle with Duffy's on or before the Hold Date, then the Non-Refundable Deposit shall be applied towards the purchase price for the Vehicle.
