Items Excluded from Warranty
All items not specifically listed as warranted are excluded. Items listed warranted are not covered if they have been subject to misuse negligence, alteration, or accident. Some examples of specifically excluded items are:
- Body Parts and Components
- Interior Trim
- Cosmetic Items
- Gaskets of leaks
- Electrical Items
- Air Conditioning
- Clutch Maintenance Items
- Oil and Fluids
- Tune Ups
- Carburetor(s)
- Instrumentation
- Towing
Additional Limitations/Constraints
Prior Approval: All warranty claims must have the prior approval of Duffy's and will be in accordance with Duffy's established cash pricing. Duffy's may elect to supply the needed parts. Warranty claims for work performed without Duffy's prior approval will not be honored under this Limited Warranty.
Warranty Term, Deductible and Limit: For a period of three months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first from the date of delivery of the vehicle, the Dealer agrees to pay 100% of all approved parts and labor furnished under the limited warranty with the buyer paying the first $500.00 deductible of each claim. This limited warranty has a maximum benefit of $3,000.00.
Disclaimer of Responsibility: The Dealer will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss. Under this Limited Warranty there is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Transferability: This limited warranty is intended for the use of the original buyer and is not transferrable.
