1965 Pontiac GTO

1965 Pontiac GTO Frame off restoration equipped with 389 CID/ 360 HP V-8 with the optional Rochester, 3x2, Tri-Power set up on a Cast Iron Intake with the factory style ignition setup. The power is channeled through an easy shifting 4 speed M20 muncie Transmission with correct factory console and Hurst shifter and 3:55 gears with Limited Slip differential. The Interior includes a factory correct rare AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, an In-Dash 8000 RPM Tachometer and factory gauges with Oil Pressure/ Temp in the dash. Don't forget the passenger side Grab Bar. There is a correct, but not original, bucket seat interior upholstered in excellent Parchment Vinyl with Optional Console with Storage. Driving is enhanced with Wonder Touch Power Steering guided by an optional 4 spoke simulated wood steering wheel with optional tilt column, along with drivers chrome outside rearview mirror. This great Goat is finished In High Gloss Starlight Black with white pinstripe. Distinctive GTO only features including Grill, Hood and Side Trim and the stylish and excellent, GTO only, horizontal 7 bar tail lamp trim. Of course it is built on the famous Pontiac Wide Track Full Perimeter Frame sandblasted and painted with Pontiac Rallye I Wheels Trim Rings and Caps with a newer set of Redline Radial Tires 215/75r14. The underside is show detailed with correct colors and factory markings throughout. (photos coming soon). This one is an excellent example of American Muscle at it best. It comes with the PHS documentation and is very correct. This fabulous example can be driven anywhere with a smile while humming My Little GTO!
